Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, product information, and repairs
  • Coordinate the product Test and Evaluation program by sending products to law enforcement agencies and following up on evaluation status
  • Manage customer accounts, set up and maintain accounts, track annual contracts, and manage renewals
  • Handle customer product repairs, communicate with customers and coordinate product returns
  • Enter customer orders into the system
  • Maintain an organized filing system for customer orders and other documents
  • Monitor and order office suppliesProvide general administrative support across departments
