Overview Full Time - 24 Month Fixed Term Location - Eight Mile Plains, Hybrid Reporting to the Team Lead Customer Support, this role is responsible for providing professional, friendly and efficient service to our customers and sales teams throughout Australia, ensuring that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. This entry level role would suit someone who is reliable, able to multitask in a busy environment, has strong attention to detail, a friendly phone manner and high computer literacy and confidence in learning new systems. This is a 24-month fixed-term opportunity working full time, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities Input customer orders and provide timely and accurate responses to customers Provide support to customers, field representatives, sales managers and internal departments at Cook Australia using multiple channels, including phone, email and web chat. Ensure customer support is carried out in an efficient, professional and timely manner Process shipments for international customers Manage orders/requests as necessary and communicate with various stakeholders Answer customer queries Qualifications Previous Customer Support or data entry experience is highly regarded Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills Excellent data entry skills Ability to multitask between a number of systems while interacting with customers Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of computer systems Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word) essential Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, balancing multiple priorities Highly organised with a focus on attention to detail, accuracy and ability to multitask Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative with a positive attitude to problem-solving Ability to work effectively in a team environment Please note that only applicants with full working rights in Australia are eligible to apply.
