Description The Customer Service Representative plays an essential role in our manufacturing operations, serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and orders. Attention to detail is critical as the person in this role will manage order intake, provide quotes, and coordinate distribution. Working closely as part of the supply chain the CSR ensures timely delivery completion and communicates updates to customers regularly. The ability to excel in a dynamic environment, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams, will be essential for achieving customer service objectives and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities Manage order intake, customer communication, and quoting, excluding quality-related issues. Coordinate distribution and all shipping documentation through the shipping process. Provide regular updates to customers, with increased frequency for high-volume orders. Liaise with the outside departments as necessary for timely delivery completion, color development, etc. Serve as the funnel for new SOPs and handle customer complaints, involving quality immediately for quality-related issues. Process final approval of production orders and handle contract review and purchase orders. Maintain documentation such as incoming customer purchase orders. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent. Previous corporate customer service experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments. Proficient with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. Previous experience with CRM and/or MRP system preferred. Hours: 8am-4:30pm or 8am-5pm, depending on preference for a 30 minute or 1 hour lunch break). This position will work 100% on-site.
