Job Details Level: Entry Job Location: Arizona Corporate Office - Phoenix, AZ 85044 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $22.00 Hourly Job Category: Customer Service • Answering high volume of inbound calls and emails in a timely manner with continuous flow for initial order entry • Update customer's external (third party) work order systems by accepting, noting, and closing in accordance to their individual metrics. • Initial call/email triage of scope definition and required response time. Follow up with customer to advise of receipt and acceptance or rejection of request • Performs other related duties as assigned by management. Qualifications • No prior experience or training. • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one-year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Computer skills required; Microsoft Office Suite
