Primary Job Function Based in our head office at Macquarie Park, you will use your exceptional people skills to liaise with our customers, finance, key internal stakeholders and 3PL Distribution teams to facilitate the timely and efficient delivery of our products and services. Core Job Responsibilities • Data entry of customer sales orders into ERP system (S4 Hana) • Allocate stock with product that falls within customer expectations • Manage backorders and open orders • Liaise with Logistics group to ensure timely delivery of product to our customers • Frontline internal and external customer query resolution and escalation if required • Answer customer telephone enquiries and respond where appropriate or direct to relevant area. • Log customer feedback • Working with 3PL teams for the completion of product shipment and returns • Quality Management System Compliance • Supporting month-end activities Minimum Education • Relevant years experience as listed below Minimum Experience and Skills • Customer Service experience in a sales environment • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently • Excellent oral and written communication skills • High attention to detail • Ability to multi task • Working knowledge of ERP systems, experience with SAP essential • Competency in business software including MS Office programs specifically Outlook and Excel Quality, Safety & Environmental Responsibilities • Attend regular departmental meetings with manager/supervisor to build in continuous feedback mechanisms. • Meet the requirements of ISO by complying with all relevant Quality policies and procedures to ensure the Quality objectives of the business are met. • Comply with all relevant company Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and work practices with the intent of preventing or minimizing accidental exposures to self, colleagues and/or the environment.
