JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Previous Customer Service Experience
  • Experience in working with warehouse management system

Essential Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience in Customer Service
  • Ability to work independently and achieve results
  • Experience in working with a warehouse management system
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Personable with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
  • Ability to multi task in a fast paced result orientated environment
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management

Duties

  • Schedule delivery appointments with external vendors
  • Enter receipts into Legacy SCS WMS
  • Actively participate in Health and Safety committee
  • Print Orders from Legacy SCS WMS and forward to warehouse for processing
  • Generate Bill of Lading for outbound shipments
  • Coordinate transportation once warehouse has processed outbound orders
  • Confirm orders through Legacy SCS WMS
  • Run inventory reports as required
  • Update internal reports and distribute based on prescribed timelines
  • Filing of Distribution Packages/Customer orders
  • Greet visitors/drivers and monitor facility access
  • Coordinate and update daily work orders for functions outside regular processing
  • Maintain various management reports and submit daily by prescribed deadlines
  • Maintain and order all office/warehouse supplies
  • Process weekly/monthly invoices by providing customer allocation
  • Generate monthly recurring and accessorial invoices, forward for approval
  • Perform other duties as required
