We are currently seeking a strong, experienced, and motivated Relief Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Storage Consultant to support multiple locations across the Lower Mainland. A valid BC Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle are essential.
POSITION OVERVIEW
As a CSR, you’ll be the face of our company, ensuring each customer’s experience is positive and memorable. You will assist with storage inquiries, resolve concerns, and guide customers through the rental process, building relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS
-High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous face to face customer service experience is required
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Reliable, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using MS Office and other basic computer applications
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team
- Available on weekends (we are closed on all STAT holidays)
-Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with a warm, friendly attitude. We record all our calls for coaching and feedback.
- Conduct tours of the facility, highlighting features and storage options
- Address inquiries, provide accurate service/pricing information, and resolve concerns
- Complete rental agreements, move-ins, and move-outs
- Maintain office and unit cleanliness and organization
- Follow company policies and uphold security standards
- Use our computerized system to manage customer accounts and reservations
- Support team goals for occupancy, sales, and customer satisfaction
