As a Customer Service Representative at AI Financial, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. This position is crucial for maintaining our commitment to client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
  • LLQP license is a plus
  • Strong phone etiquette and the ability to engage with clients effectively.
  • Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and online collaboration tools.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, delivering friendly and professional support.
  • Assist clients with their investment-related questions and provide accurate information.
  • Fulfill customer requests related to account management, product information, and general inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and provide guidance on using our digital platforms.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
  • Promote additional services through upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with advisors, sales, and case operations teams to support business development, drive sales, and enhance customer acquisition efforts.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
