Your tasks include, in particular:

• Comprehensive support for customers and business partners throughout the entire contract period
• Independent and case-conclusive handling of all customer requests - for example, complaints, contract amendments or early contract terminations in the areas of leasing, financing and hire purchase.
• Competent advice and support for our internal sales staff as the first point of contact
• Independent decision-making and transparent, customer-oriented communication of your decisions
• Correspondence and coordination with external contacts, such as lawyers, authorities and other business partners.
• Ensuring high service quality and professional, customer-oriented communication across all contact channels

Your profile

• Successfully completed training as a bank clerk or a comparable commercial apprenticeship
• Several years of professional experience in the professional support of customers and business partners - by telephone, in writing and digitally
• Experience in professional complaint management
• Excellent knowledge of financing products such as loans, leasing and hire purchase, as well as a solid understanding of the regulatory requirements in the banking environment.
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as a high level of sales understanding
• Independent, responsible and solution-oriented work style
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a confident, friendly demeanor.
• Quick comprehension and strong organizational and coordination skills
• Proficient use of common MS Office applications
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.
