Ensure mall safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness; monitor lost & found items, cash handling, and special needs support.
Act as a liaison between tenants and mall management, collecting feedback and resolving service issues promptly.
Deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced, shift-based environment, including weekends, holidays, and seasonal peaks.
