Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally via various communication channels. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction. Provide detailed information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions. Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to maintain comprehensive records. Work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and enhance service delivery. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate management or technical teams as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus. Proven experience in customer service or a related field preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
