You will engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues with efficiency and empathy. Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various channels including phone, email, and live chat. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to customers. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer service experiences. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been satisfactorily resolved Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite applications. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
