Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email. Provide accurate information about services, policies, and account details. Assist tenants and property owners with questions, requests, and issue resolution. Document interactions and maintain updated client records. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Handle escalated issues with patience and professionalism. Qualifications Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or client relations preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with computer systems and customer management software. Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
