Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Provide detailed information about products and services to customers. Document customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management system. Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
