Description

To strengthen our current team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to our business success.
As part of an experienced and dynamic team, you will be responsible for following up on customer orders and providing support to customers via email or telephone. You have a hands-on mentality and can work independently. Since customer satisfaction and the “first-time-right” principle are essential to us, you will act as the main point of contact for customers, where they can turn with all their questions to ensure their order is delivered flawlessly.

Responsibilities
  • Receiving and accurately processing orders in the ERP system
  • Confirming orders to the customer
  • Placing orders with suppliers and closely monitoring delivery times
  • Following up on agreed delivery times with customers
  • Managing and monitoring stock levels in relation to delivery schedules and contractual agreements with the customer
  • Acting as the first point of contact for complaints and attempting to resolve them independently in the first instanc
