JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for our customer service, dispatch, and office operations. The ideal candidate will be a master of multitasking, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of success using Service Titan to its fullest potential. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in customer service, dispatching, and office management.
  • Extensive experience using Service Titan (required).
  • Strong understanding of Plumbing and Home Service business operations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and dependable.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate’s or bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service:


    • Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.

    • Provide accurate information about services, scheduling, and pricing.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues effectively.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Dispatching:


      • Efficiently schedule and dispatch technicians based on customer needs and technician availability.

      • Monitor technician locations and progress using Service Titan’s dispatch board.
      • Optimize routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time.
      • Communicate effectively with technicians and provide necessary updates.
      • Office Management:


        • Manage daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and record keeping.

        • Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions within Service Titan.
        • Maintain accurate customer and technician records in Service Titan.
        • Order and manage office supplies.
        • Assisting with reporting within Service Titan.
        • Service Titan Expertise:


          • Utilize Service Titan’s features for scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, reporting, and customer management.

          • Troubleshoot Service Titan issues and provide training to other staff members as needed.
          • Stay up-to-date on Service Titan updates and best practices.
          • Generate and analyze reports to improve operational efficiency.
          • Utilize Service Titan marketing features, such as email and text campaigns.
