We have the ability to do the job from start to finish; design, engineer, and build, with the ability to meet required specifications through advanced FEA modelling, complemented with the latest in sophisticated 3D modelling/detailing software.

JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, providing accurate information, and delivering prompt, professional service. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer care, has strong problem-solving abilities, and demonstrates excellent communication skills to build rapport and maintain customer satisfaction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Quote customers with system generated quotes.
  • Create custom quoting and identify PC or additional service costs.
  • Input orders into SAP
  • Ensure high customer retention and satisfaction levels in delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Advocate for the customer within the Company to ensure their needs are prioritized.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback, resolve issues and ensure the smooth delivery of products and services.
  • Send POs internally and externally as needed.
  • Review customer pricing to ensure proper margins are achieved.
  • Assist with pricing for internal use.
  • Maintain and create BOM for all groups within the business.
  • Assist with SAP training for all groups within the business.
  • Create and receive work orders in a timely manner.
  • Receive steel profiles accordingly.
  • Review project cost on a as needed basis.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years experience working as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.
  • Post-secondary education in business or related field of study would be an asset.
  • Strong knowledge in SAP including the ability to build templates within the system required.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Previous experience trouble shooting and investigating arising conflicts.
  • Strong organization and ability to meet deadlines.
  • High capability of learning and sharing knowledge throughout the business.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
