Spike is a fast-growing demolition, bin rental, and construction cleanup company, and we’re looking for someone who’s organized, friendly, and great with people to join our team.
This role is all about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes while making sure our customers have the best experience possible.

Responsibilities
  • Answering calls, emails and messages from customers and making sure they’re taken care of.
  • Booking jobs on our internal app for junk removal, bin rentals, and demolition work.
  • Sending invoices, taking payments and following up on unpaid/overdue invoices.
  • Keeping track of schedules and helping things stay organized.
  • Responding to messages on social media and helping coordinate posts.
  • Jumping in on other admin tasks as needed to keep things moving.
