Seeking a FT (33-36) hours a week position for an experienced veterinary receptionist to join our amazing team. ER experience preferred.
Animal Emergency Clinic North East is looking for our newest team member and in need of a Client Service Representatives. A Client Service Representative at our hospital needs to be a friendly and empathetic individual, focused on providing quality care for our patients and their families. Applicants should possess excellent communication and phone skills, the ability to multitask, the ability to learn quickly and retain information, as well as excellent judgement and problem-solving skills. Extensive use of computer software is required for this position, so basic computer literacy is a must. Cornerstone experience preferred but not required. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IN THE VETERINARY FIELD.
Each of our team members play an integral role in providing exceptional care to our patients as well as facilitating accurate and timely communications with our clients. We consider the Client Care Representative to be a critical member of our team because they are the first and last contact with our clients. How we deliver service adds value to our entire organization, therefore it is essential that our team members are compassionate and care about pets and helping those that love them.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Computer skills - Cornerstone experience preferred but not required
  • Timekeeping
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to utilize multi-line phone
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to lift 40 lbs.
  • Display professional manner at all times
  • Previous reception or customer service experience
  • Previous experience in a Veterinary setting preferred but not required
  • Flexibility in schedule
