Customer Service Representative APAC (all genders)
To support our customer engagement in APAC, we are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Customer Service Representative. As a true professional, you will manage our existing customers via email, phone or chat, informing them of product developments and offers, and advising them on our licensing models and our subscriptions.
This position is located in Kuala Lumpur, permanent resident only.

Responsibilities
  • Qualifying and processing of incoming inquiries regarding our products and licensing by e-mail, chat, and phone
  • Creating quotes and processing orders for direct customers and Channel Partner
  • Close coordination with the global Customer Service, as well as with our international Sales colleagues and Account Executives
  • Clarifying and processing inquiries about cancellations, invoices, general billing, and sales taxes
  • Carrying out software activations and managing license data and subscription management
  • Maintaining customer data, e.g. in our internal CRM and e-commerce systems
