We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Hauppauge office and support our growing customer base. Position Summary The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary contact for customers regarding orders, shipments, product information, and account inquiries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
