Description We're seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them schedule service appointments and ensuring a smooth experience from their initial call through to their visit. Primary Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries about our services Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments efficiently Maintain accurate records in our scheduling system Provide clear information about services, timing, and what customers can expect Handle appointment changes and cancellations professionally Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction What We're Looking For: Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help people Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Comfortable using scheduling software and learning new systems Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude The starting hourly pay rate range for this position is $16.00 – $18.00+ and will be evaluated based upon relevant skills, training, experience, education and other job-related factors permitted by law.
