Account specific roles and responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from customers to book appointments based on their preferred schedule Make outbound calls to confirm scheduled appointments and address any customer concerns Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services Manage customer inquiries and promptly resolve any issues or concerns Job Requirements: At least 6 months of BPO experience (Voice Account) Previous experience in appointment setting is a PLUS Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong Amenable working night shift Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Service Representative or similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software Previous experience in appointment setting or telemarketing is preferred What can we offer you?
