Aquatec Plumbing is a growing local plumbing company serving York Region and the surrounding area. We pride ourselves on professional service, clear communication, and treating every customer with respect. We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to help us manage incoming calls, schedule jobs, and keep our operations running smoothly.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking someone with native-level English and clear, accent-free communication for professional phone interaction. Strong communication and organization skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn are key. You should be comfortable with computers and basic software. Experience with Jobber is a huge plus but not required. Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or dispatching is an asset.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will answer and direct customer calls and emails in a polite, professional manner while accurately collecting customer details like name, address, and phone number. You will schedule and dispatch jobs based on urgency, location, and technician availability while keeping records up to date in our system and coordinating with technicians throughout the day. You will also assist with invoicing, quotes, and follow-ups as needed and help keep the office organized and efficient.
