QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Service, and Customer Support skills
• Experience in managing Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using customer management software is a plus
• Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are beneficial

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at our Ras Al Khaimah location. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer interactions, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, addressing concerns, and maintaining patient records with a courteous and professional demeanor.
