We’re excited to be recruiting for a Customer Service Representative role within our Moorabbin Head Office to focus on our own Retail stores across all Salomon and Wilson. This is a pivotal role that willrequire superior organizational and communication skills, and an interest in our brands / sport / the outdoors will ensure you are aligned to our company culture. Responsibilities will include: Using SAP and Microsoft Office Responding to our Retail Stores enquiries via telephone and email to provide problem resolution Approving and processing replacement products or value credit to consumers Preparing stock for return to inventory Investigating repair options for items Gathering information and reporting on feedback from customers Preparing reports for vendor claims Extensive liaison with various departments Working in a small team, the role will require adaptability, flexibility and a high degree of communication to ensure customer satisfaction is guaranteed and processes are adhered to.
