Description We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is all about outbound calling, booking service appointments, and growing our membership program. You’ll be calling past and current customers—never cold leads—with a focus on maximizing booked calls and revenue opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Consistently answers inbound calls and provides prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance to customers. Make high-volume outbound calls to past and current customers to book service and maintenance appointments. Consistently promote and upsell our membership program, enrolling new members and maintaining existing memberships. Manage membership accounts to ensure customers are using their benefits and renewing them annually. Meet or exceed set performance metrics and sales goals (outlined below). Use proven call scripts and adapt to customer needs to close appointments effectively. Maintain accurate notes and records in our CRM. Requirements Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or call center environment is strongly preferred. Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding booking quotas. Strong persuasion and communication skills with a confident phone presence. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and competitive mindset. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Home services industry experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
