Ash Chimney Sweeps is looking for a long-term, motivated person to join our team. We are a family own and operated business since 1985.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities can include but not be limited to:

• Answer incoming calls and emails from previous and potential new clients.
• To make outgoing calls to previous customers from our company database including customers who have contacted us via email, voicemail and other means of contact.
• Provide pricing and quotes to customers.
• Help with coordination of appointments to optimize time and minimal travel time for technicians.
• Provide a full explanation of the service provided by Ash Chimney Sweeps with respects to work requested by the customer.
• Handle inquiries from technicians with regards to the organization of jobs and customer needs.

We provided all training required, experience is not necessary. We have an extensive customer database we do NOT cold call.

We only work Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm. This is a full-time, year-round position.
