Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers, resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and requests via multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) in a professional and timely manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services in order to provide accurate information and support.
  • Customer Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and complaints in the CRM system to ensure thorough follow-up and resolution.
  • Escalation Handling: Identify complex or unresolved issues and escalate them to the appropriate department or senior team members as necessary.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving support processes and workflows to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights, sharing valuable information with management to help improve products, services, and support strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments (sales, technical support, etc.) to ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

    Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
