Job Title: Customer Service Representative Job Description Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by coordinating field service activities and ensuring the seamless execution of requests. Manage customer service inquiries with precision and efficiency, providing service estimates or job quotations promptly. Maintain customer satisfaction by tracking ongoing work orders and keeping them informed through updates in the portal or direct communication. Responsibilities Act as the main liaison between customers and service teams to coordinate and execute field service activities. Accurately log and manage customer inquiries, providing timely service estimates or job quotations. Track and manage ongoing work orders, keeping customers informed through portal updates or direct communication. Utilize Microsoft CRM and ERP platforms to manage customer data and service workflows efficiently. Generate and maintain reports while balancing multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. Essential Skills Proficiency in ERP and CRM platforms, specifically Microsoft Dynamics and Navision. Strong customer service orientation with excellent administrative and clerical skills. Experience in order processing, scheduling, and project coordination. At least 1 year of experience in administration, clerical, or customer support roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with purchase orders, RMA, and invoicing processes. Background in construction or similar industries is advantageous. Flexibility and adaptability to change within a growing company environment. Work Environment The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with a supportive culture focusing on honesty, loyalty, and personal growth. Employees work onsite four days a week, with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays. Training is conducted 100% in-office for at least 2-6 weeks, with standard training hours from 8 AM to 5 PM or 7 AM to 4 PM. The role requires flexibility with start times, which can range from as early as 6 AM to as late as 8 AM, to accommodate both East and West Coast coverage. The position is initially a contract role, with the potential for conversion to a permanent position based on performance and business needs. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lake Forest, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
