Mabuti GmbH operates the established wholesale and mail-order business www.murostar.com (http://www.murostar.com) for tattoo and piercing supplies. For our location in Chemnitz, we are seeking a reliable and communicative individual for a primarily commercial/office-oriented role in customer service.

Your tasks

• Answering customer inquiries via email
• ☎️ Customer support and advice via telephone
• Handling returns, complaints and customer requests
• General office and administrative tasks
• Support with tasks in the warehouse and shipping area is available if needed.

• Good and confident expression in German
• Confident use of Outlook and common PC applications
• Friendly, service-oriented and reliable demeanor
• Independent and meticulous work ethic
• Experience in customer service, office work, mail order or similar fields is desirable, but not a mandatory requirement.
• Knowledge of English or other foreign languages ​​is an advantage.
• Interest in the tattoo and piercing industry is welcome.
