JOB SUMMARY

As a Customer Service Representative (B2B), you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with business clients seeking UAE visa services. Your primary goal will be to support our B2B partners by providing timely information, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and professional visa application experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in B2B travel, visa services, or tourism.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE visa categories, requirements, and processes is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • A customer-first attitude with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for B2B clients requiring UAE visa services.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats related to visa inquiries, documentation, and application status.
  • Guide partners through the visa process, ensuring compliance with UAE immigration regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal visa processing teams to ensure timely submissions and approvals.
  • Build strong relationships with B2B travel agents, corporate clients, and resellers to promote repeat business.
  • Provide regular updates on application status, changes in visa rules, and service enhancements.
  • Manage and resolve client complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of communication and transactions in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and support lead conversion.
  • Stay up to date with UAE visa regulations and industry trends.
