After the car is sold, you and your colleagues in the Dealer Service Team are responsible for providing after-sales services to car dealers and traders Job Description What you'll be doing with us: Provide first-line support to B2B customers via phone, Freshdesk, email, and chat Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently Monitor order statuses and ensure smooth processing Identifying bottlenecks and brainstorming about process improvements Reporting customer insights to management. Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role. Good knowledge of Excel and Outlook. A Bachelor's degree. An interest in the automotive sector is a plus; knowledge of cars is not necessary. Strong communication skills in French and English.
