Account specific roles & responsibilities: Doing outbound calls to insurance companies for the clients Updating necessary information of clients Job Description: Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat). Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services. Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc. At least 6 months of BPO experience in any account Proficiency in using MS Word & Excel Capable of adapting to a fast-paced training environment. Capable of doing multiple task at the same time.
