Description Bacon Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to represent our company in a call center environment. This forward-facing role is on the front lines of Bacon, and is key to our mission of providing superior customer service. Responsibilities Answer inbound calls in a high-volume call center environment promptly and professionally Address inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues in a timely manner Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, or promotions Document customer interactions and update records in ServiceTitan as necessary Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience Monitor emails, text messages, and virtual leads Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times Commit to growing knowledge of Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical trade services to provide the most informed help possible Requirements 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or telemarketing role preferred Experience with a Plumbing, HVAC, or Electric service provider in any capacity is preferred Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and basic office applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer interactions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Benefits Bacon offers the following benefits in order to achieve a happy and healthy team culture together: Medical Dental Vision 401k with match Life Insurance PTO and paid holidays The pay for this role is competitive and based on experience.
