You’ll play a crucial part in creating strong customer relationships, increasing conversions, and driving repeat business through your dedication to outstanding service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Experience Ownership – Deliver a high-touch, personalized customer experience from first inquiry through after-sales service.
  • Proactive Follow-ups – Diligently follow up on every inquiry until a definite response is received, maximizing conversion opportunities.
  • Administrative Support – Manage essential administrative tasks to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Upselling & Order Growth – Identify customer needs and upsell relevant products to enhance the average order value.
  • Review & Referral Generation – Actively seek and manage customer reviews to boost reputation and referrals.
  • Honest & Reliable Communication – Ensure all customer commitments are met with transparency and promptness.
  • Customer Retention & Loyalty – Build strong relationships that encourage repeat business and long-term trust.

Your success in this role will be measured by:

  • Customer Satisfaction Scores – Based on post-service feedback surveys.
  • Conversion Rate – Tracking how many leads convert into orders monthly.
  • Average Order Value – Measuring monthly sales growth.
  • Review Collection & Referrals – Monitoring the volume of review requests sent and received.
  • Lead Management – Tracking the number and value of open leads.
