We are looking for Customer Service superstars to express interest in our Customer Engagement Centre roles, where they will provide chat & phone based support to our customers during our 24 hour, 7 days per week service. These roles are full-time and operate on a rotating roster across 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. This includes working early, evening, weekend and public holiday shifts. Rosters will vary and change based on business needs. See yourself in the team: On a daily basis you will provide quick, accurate and up to date answers to customers queries, ensuring that you resolve all the calls you are skilled to take. Our Customer Engagement Centre is a customer centric environment; we are always there for our customers when they need us the most. Your responsibilities: Offer helpful and timely assistance to customers using our online chat service. Support customers with new ways of banking through our app and online banking Be the warm and engaging voice of the business that our customers connect with. Contribute to the teams vision and values whilst adding value to every customers enquiry and interaction Receive inbound calls from customers, offering resolution of the query at first point Provide customers with information relating to their products, services and transactional information Be aware of the operational risk, regulatory compliance and occupational health and safety requirements that apply in your area of business Hours and Training: Training is a compulsory component and you will need to attend all training dates to be successful for the position. Training will begin on your start date and run for 3 weeks full time at our Perth office, 300 Murray Street, between 9:00am - 5:00pm AWST. Post training, you will begin your 24/7 rotational shifts. Responsibilities
The representative will provide quick, accurate, and up-to-date answers to customer queries via online chat and inbound calls, ensuring resolution at the first point of contact. Responsibilities also include assisting customers with new banking methods through the app and online banking while representing the business voice.
