Barnes 4WD is a leader in the DIY off road industry. We carry a wide variety of off road parts from suspension components to off road armor. We cater to businesses and customers around the world and strive to provide the best experience for our clients possible. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our company as a Customer Service Representative.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the overall customer experience. This includes placing orders, answering emails, and giving technical advice on the phone. Your main job will be answering phone calls and emails of customers and businesses. Taking their orders and fixing any issues they may have. You will interact directly with our many dealers and off road shops across the country and not only make sure their needs are met, but give such a great experience that they form a solid trust with our brand. This representative will also be over our Amazon and Ebay stores. This job gives most, if not all, of our customers their first impression of Barnes 4WD. It is the CSR’s job to make that the best experience possible for the customer.
This job will require training of our website software, inventory systems, and general methods of providing customer service that are specific to Barnes 4WD. There will be a training period, and then you will be expected to perform the tasks you have been taught once the period has ended.

Job Requirements:

  • Answering technical questions and placing orders when customers call.
  • Answering our sales email. This includes technical questions, customer issues, and giving product timeline updates.
  • Attending to our Amazon & Ebay stores. This includes answering messages, updating listings, and changing/updating orders.
  • Must possess strong communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
  • Must be able to ask customers and vendors qualifying questions to uncover needs and solve any problem they may have.
  • Ability to listen to and understand the needs of the customer and clearly explain information about a product we sell.
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company’s vision and values in all interactions with customers and co-workers.
  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
