At Goldline Curling, we’re passionate about the sport and the community behind it. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both French and English to deliver exceptional support to our customers, with a special focus on serving our French-speaking clientele.
Based at our Mississauga head office, this role is an important point of contact for curlers, retailers, and partners across Canada. You’ll process orders, provide estimates, and respond to inquiries in both French and English, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Remote / Work From Home (WFH) candidates will also be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone and email in both English and French.
  • Accurately process customer orders and returns, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Maintain and update client and dealer accounts with accurate and complete information.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including sales orders and return authorizations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex matters when necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across teams to consistently meet or exceed customer service standards.
