Customer Service Representative: Bilingual (French & English)

At Goldline Curling, we’re passionate about the sport and the community behind it. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both French and English to deliver exceptional support to our customers, with a special focus on serving our French-speaking clientele.
Based at our Mississauga head office, this role is an important point of contact for curlers, retailers, and partners across Canada. You’ll process orders, provide estimates, and respond to inquiries in both French and English, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Remote / Work From Home (WFH) candidates will also be considered.
