Responsibilities: Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas Follow-up on all pending and recommended work with customers and their technicians Learn the Plumbing/ HVAC/ Restoration business and participate in training to develop call-taking skills Take the extra mile to engage customers Qualifications: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative Telemarketing / Call Center / High Volume experience Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs. Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).
