Alco Air is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the voice of our company. If you’re organized, friendly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to be part of a team that keeps things moving and customers taken care of quickly. You’ll be the first point of contact—helping customers with their plumbing and HVAC needs, getting them scheduled fast, and making sure they feel confident they called the right place. What you’ll do as a CSR: • Answer incoming calls and help customers get scheduled quickly • Assist customers with plumbing and HVAC service needs • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and technicians • Handle a high call volume while staying organized and efficient • Enter and update customer information accurately • Help prioritize calls, including urgent and emergency requests • Deliver a great customer experience on every call Requirements What we’re looking for in our next CSR: • Previous CSR or call center experience in an HVAC or Plumbing company required • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable following call scripts and processes.
