The Opportunity Our Lysaght business is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the Customer Service Team based in Archerfield, QLD. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects. In this diverse and challenging role, you will support our team by managing enquiries from customers face-to-face, and via phone and email. What Will You Do? Providing tailored solutions to our customers, you will: interact with our customers face-to-face via phone and email, as well as manage quotes and queries prepare and enter customer orders into our operating system collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, warehouse, and sales departments) ensuring customer expectations and requirements are met or exceeded coordinate and manage the end-to-end logistics process including compliance with any requirements and regulations, updating all necessary systems that manage orders manage the relationship with logistics and internal stakeholders and working together to improve cost efficiencies, resolving issues, and seeking ways to improve the customer’s experience More About You You are someone who demonstrates behavioural flexibility to enable collaboration with a mix of personalities and behavioural styles.
