THE OPPORTUNITY
Our Lysaght business is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the Toowoomba team. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing frontline support to our branch by efficiently managing customer enquiries received via phone, email, and in-person visits to our retail space. Our diverse customer base includes both homeowners and professional builders, all seeking premium products and tailored solutions that reflect our commitment to quality and service excellence.
