Description Body Solid, Inc is a global distributor of home fitness equipment. We are currently searching for a talented candidate to support our Customer Service activities. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and driven to achieve high customer satisfaction. Principal Duties: Support in-bound customer service requests. Duties include but are not limited to: Receive and manage a medium volume of orders through phone calls and email Help customers identify their product and the parts they need Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution Collaborate with co-workers to ensure all orders are entered properly Job Requirements: Mechanical aptitude Proficiency with Microsoft programs Excellent communication skills Patient – Good with people Attention to detail and follow through Additional Preferred skills / experience: Previous technical customer service experience (min. 1 yr) Pay & Benefits: Base pay beginning at $20/hour (evaluated based upon experience) Health Insurance (medical, dental & vision) PTO within first year Paid company holidays 401(k) Company Profit Sharing On-site Exercise Facility
