Duties will include: - Assist the sales force and clients with day-to-day service needs, providing timely and effective support to drive client satisfaction and business efficiency. - Manage the end-to-end processing of new business cases ensuring accuracy - Attend to client and sales team queries received through various channels (in-person, phone, email, etc.), delivering clear and professional responses. - Coordinate and follow up with the relevant department on queries - Act as cashier handling payments and receipts -Provide operational and administrative support to the Claims and Pensions teams, facilitating seamless service delivery within branch operations. Qualifications and Experience Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent Have good interpersonal and communication skills. Be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline.
