This is a remote position. Schedule: Sunday to Tuesday: 8 am - 5 pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch Wed - Thu: 11 am- 8 pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch Responsibilities The primary role is to take inbound calls to book cleaning appointments. Provide pricing from the website and explain the coverage of the services. Send email/SMS quotations based on services to be availed. Scheduling appointments/cleaning services that are efficient for both the company and its customers.
