Clark Rubber is a retail icon in the Australian market and is well known for its, foam, rubber and pool categories.
*We are seeking outgoing, knowledgeable , reliable and motivated individuals to join the team for 10 - 38 hours as a part time retail assistants or fulltime at our Joondalup store.
*This position will suit individuals who are focused and motivated with a background in retail sales, customer service, staff training and solution selling. This position will lead into a supervisor roll so past experience in this field is required but not necessary if you have what it takes.
Job role includes:
*Stocking shelves with merchandise.
*Able to run and control the day shift unsupervised.
*Set up in-store promotions and merchandising.
*Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
*Pool Water testing for customers. (training provided)
*Ability to work as a team leader in a fast paced environment.
*High level of verbal and written communication skills.
*Outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
*Able to read and understand measurement.
*Training in product knowledge and pool care products will be provided.
