This is a Full-time position offering a competitive hourly wage of $19 - $29 USD per hour. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, embodying our commitment to excellence and contributing to our continued success. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools. Resolve client issues, complaints, and concerns with a high degree of professionalism and empathy. Maintain and update client records accurately in our internal systems. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for prompt resolution. Process client requests and manage accounts with precision and attention to detail. Collaborate with team members to improve the overall client service experience. Gather and report client feedback to help identify areas for service improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role is essential. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in using CRM systems and the MS Office suite. A patient and empathetic attitude towards clients. The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Experience within the financial services or tax industry would be a significant advantage but is not required.
