Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Providing an outstanding level of customer service and experience
  • Answering inbound calls in a friendly and timely manner
  • Attend to Customer Support tickets promptly and professionally
  • Assisting customers with Technical Support queries across all products.
  • Provisioning of company sales across all services including: 13/1300/1800 numbers, live answering services, Hosted PBX and VoIP services, broadband connections, mobile and other telecommunication services.
  • Accurate data entry into all systems including CRM and billing.
  • Liaising with suppliers, wholesalers and providers
