WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an individual with the expertise and mindset to thrive and grow in a premium service environment.
· Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a luxury or premium setting, or 3+ years in retail or hospitality.
· Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
· Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
· Dedication to professionalism and high standards in every interaction.

Responsibilities

As the primary point of contact for Busy Bee Gold, you will ensure a memorable and positive experience for every client.
· Greet each customer with warmth and offer personalized solutions tailored to their garment care needs.
· Receive and inspect garments, with extra care for high-end and delicate items.
· Efficiently manage client transactions from drop-off to pick-up.
· Follow up with clients as needed to guarantee satisfaction and smooth service.
· Work collaboratively within a team dedicated to excellence and mutual support.
